  • How can I reach ALPENGARTEN EIGENTHAL?

    The wellness retreat can be reached by:  


    • Private vehicle: motorway exit Lucerne South – Kriens – Eigenthal
    • Public transport: train to Lucerne – post bus from Lucerne train station, various lines to Eigenthal; stop: Eigenthal Talboden.

  • How can I book ALPENGARTEN EIGENTHAL as accommodation?

    Bookings are made directly via the booking button on this website. There you can check available dates:

    The minimum stay is:


    • One night during the week
    • Two nights on weekends
    • Four nights between Christmas and New Year

    Payment is made upon check-in directly at the retreat. We accept all major credit cards, Twint, as well as cash payments in CHF and EUR. The price for a 4-hour session is CHF 180 for one to two people. The price includes all services listed on the website, including drinks and snacks.



  • Gastronomy, massage treatments, wellness offers – how can I book ?

    You have three opportunities to book our additional offers:



    • Directly during your booking (step two > optional services) > available for overnight guests only.
    • Five days before your arrival, you will receive a link to your personal digital guestbook. Via guestbook, you can also book additional offers > available for overnight guests only.
    • Additional offers can also be booked at check-in. However, availability may be limited at that time.

  • How can I purchase gift vouchers?

    You can choose the value of your gift voucher. To order a value voucher, please contact us:

    What we need from you:


    • Your full address (delivery address = billing address)

    You will then receive a confirmation email with a payment link. Payment can be made using a credit or debit card. Once your payment has been received, we will send the value voucher, beautifully packaged together with an ALPENGARTEN EIGENTHAL guest towel, to your address.


    Processing and delivery time is approximately 5 working days. A CHF 15.00 handling and shipping fee will be added to the invoice total.


  • What is the maximum occupancy?

    ALPENGARTEN EIGENTHAL - Private Wellness Retreat - is designed for 2 persons. In special cases, we also offer additional space for 2 children.


     If you wish, we will be happy to organize accommodation for your relatives or family members.    

  • How do I check in?

     Upon booking confirmation, you will receive a booking overview with extensive information about your stay in ALPENGARTEN EIGENTHAL    


      Your check-in takes place:      


    • For our accommodation guests between 2 pm and 3 pm.

    Please let us know your exact arrival time at least one day in advance, should you arrive later than 3 pm. 


    You will receive personalized information about your stay and explanations of the facilities upon check-in.      

  • What is the policy if I am unable to proceed with my booking?

    Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can make the wellness retreat available to other interested parties.    


    You may be responsible for a portion of the costs in the event of a cancellation, depending on your booking option. The conditions of your booking portal are binding in this regard.
